SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. VoxelCore reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until VoxelCore confirms acceptance and dispatches the item. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.

Because our fulfillment processes begin quickly, cancellations or order modifications can only be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@voxelcore.com.au.

Purchases are subject to replacement or refund solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases must be for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery charges or local taxes.
