How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a clear size guide based on your dog's weight and chest measurements. When in doubt, or if your dog falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.

What is your return policy?
We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To keep our prices fair for Aussie families, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, simply email our support team with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement right away!
